Bengaluru: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಟಕ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಟ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌ (Prakash Raj) ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಮನಃ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನನಗೆ ನಾಟಕ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಷ್ಟಾಗಿ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ನಟಿ ಉಮಾಶ್ರೀ (Umashree), ನಾಟಕಕಾರರಾದ ಎಚ್‌.ಎಸ್‌.ಶಿವಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಟಗಾನಹಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಟಕ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯಿಂದ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೀಯ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವಮಾನ ಸಾಧನೆ ಗೌರವ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ನಾಡಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿರುವ, ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಿರುತೆರೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿ ಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ರೈ, ಬಿ.ಸುರೇಶ್‌, ಅಚ್ಯುತ ಕುಮಾರ್‌, ರಮೇಶ್‌ ಪಂಡಿತ್‌ (Prakash Rai, B. Suresh, Achyuta Kumar, Ramesh Pandit) ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯ ನಾಟಕಕಾರರಾದ ಡಾ.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪತಿ ಕೋಲಾರ (Dr. Lakshmipathi Kolara)ಭಾಜನರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಂಗಭೂಮಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸಾಧಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ಸಾಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸದ್ಯ, 2022-23, 2023-24 ಮತ್ತು 2024-25ನೇ ಸಾಧಿಲಿಗೆ ಮೂವರಿಗೆ ಜೀವಮಾನ ಸಾಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ಗೌರವ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ತಲಾ 25ರಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 75 ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು 15 ದತ್ತಿನಿಧಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ರಂಗ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ವೃತ್ತಿ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯ 30ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ದತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಇನ್ನು ಈ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನಟ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌, ನಾನು ಈಗಷ್ಟೆ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದ್ದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅರ್ಹರು ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಈ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನನ್ನ ಮನಃಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದ ಸಹೃದಯರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ಎಂದು ಬರೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Annual and charity awards are given to more than 30 professional theater artists across the state.
