ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿರುವ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪತಂಜಲಿ ಕಂಪನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಹಲ್ಲಿನ ಪುಡಿಯ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ವಕೀಲ ಯತಿನ್ ಶರ್ಮಾ ಅವರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪತಂಜಲಿಯ ದಿವ್ಯ ಮಂಜನ್ (Divya Manjan) ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್ ಸಸ್ಯಾಹಾರಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಹಸಿರು ಚುಕ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಹಲ್ಲಿನ ಪುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಪಿಯಾ ಅಫಿಷಿನಾಲಿಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ಮೀನಿನ ಸಾರ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯೊಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಸ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ದಂತಮಂಜನ ಹೇಳಿ ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ನೀಡಿ ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಾಗುವ ಹರ್ಬಲ್ ಟೂತ್ ಪೌಡರ್ (Herbal Toothpowder) ‘ದಿವ್ಯ ಮಂಜನ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದ್ರಫೆನ್ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಮ್‌ದೇವ್ (Ramdev) ಸ್ವತಃ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ವೀಡಿಯೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇದು ಮಿಸ್ ಬ್ರ‍್ಯಾಂಡಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡ್ರಗ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಸ್ಮೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯು ತನಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ದುಃಖಕರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶರ್ಮಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ದೆಹಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆಹಾರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಡ್ರಗ್ಸ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡರ್ಡ್ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಆರ್ಗನೈಸೇಷನ್ (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization) ಮತ್ತು ಆಯುಷ್ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ದೆಹಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪತಂಜಲಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ, ಬಾಬಾ ರಾಮ್‌ದೇವ್, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಪತಂಜಲಿಯ ದಿವ್ಯ ಫಾರ್ಮಸಿಗೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನವೆಂಬರ್ (November) 28ರಂದು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

Despite complaints to various government agencies including Delhi Police, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Central Drugs Standard Control Organization and Ministry of AYUSH, no action has been taken so far.
