Bengaluru: ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ (D K Shivakumar) 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಗಡುವು ನೀಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸಮರೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 6,000 ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು 32,200 ಚದರ ಮೀಟರ್ ಹಾನಿಗೊಳಗಾದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮೇಲ್ಮೈಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ‘ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿ ಗಮನ’ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸುಮಾರು 1,300 ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು .ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಸುಮಾರು 300 ದೂರುಗಳು ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಗುಂಡಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳತ್ತ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಉಳಿದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ತುಷಾರ್ ಗಿರಿನಾಥ್ (Tushar Girinath) ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳ ದುರಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯು (BBMP) ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 15 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 15 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಗುಂಡಿ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ (Budget) 45 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಅಂದಾಜು 15 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೆಂದು ವ್ಯಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮಳೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
