Belekeri Iron ore Missing Case: Karwar Congress MLA Satish Sail Arrested
Karwar: ಬೇಲೇಕೇರಿ ಅದಿರು ನಾಪತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ (Belekeri Iron ore Missing Case) ಕಾರವಾರದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೈಲ್ ದೋಷಿ ಎಂದು ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಒಂದಲ್ಲ ಎರಡಲ್ಲ ಬರೋಬ್ಬರಿ 6 ಕೇಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಸಹ ಕಾರವಾರ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೈಲ್ ದೋಷಿ ಎಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜಡ್ಜ್ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್ (Santhosh Gajanana Bhat)ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೈಲ್ ರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ತೀರ್ಪು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಿಂದ (Court) ಹೊರಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನು ನಾಳೆ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುವುದಿರಂದ ನಾಳೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಪರಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ 11,312 ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್ ಅದಿರನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಸಾಗಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು, ಮಹೇಶ್ ಬಿಳಿಯೆ, ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಶಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೈಲ್ (Satish Sail) ಅವರನ್ನು ದೋಷಿ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 25 ರಂದು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ .ಇನ್ನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೈಲ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಮೂವರ ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾಳೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಏನು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಕೊಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆತಂಕ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೆಲೇಕೆರಿ ಅದಿರು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಸಾಗಾಟ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 6 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಬಿಐ ಬೇಲೇಕೇರಿ ಅದಿರು ನಾಪತ್ತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ದಾಖಲಾದ 6 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ಶೀಟ್ (Chargesheet) ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ವಾದ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಆಲಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು ಅಂತಿಮ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೈಲ್, ಅರಣ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಹೇಳ್ ಬಿಲಿಯಾ ಸೇರಿ ಹಲವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಕೇಸ್ ಇದೆ. ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಬಿಳೆಯಿ, ಶಾಸಕ ಸತೀಶ್ ಸೇರಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ದೋಷಿಗಳು ಎಂದು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
Belekeri Iron ore Missing Case Latest News
Karwar: Congress MLA from Karwar, Satish Sail, has been ordered by the Special People’s Court to convict in the Belekeri Iron ore Missing Case. Special Court Judge Santhosh Gajanana Bhat has ruled that Karwar Congress MLA Satish Sail is guilty in not one, not two, but even 6 cases. Also, the CBI officials have taken Sail into custody in the court premises as all the criminals have been ordered to be taken into custody immediately.
As soon as the verdict was announced, all the criminals were taken into custody by the CBI, and tomorrow at 12.30 pm, all the criminals will be brought before the court. 11,312 metric tonnes of confiscated ore was transported without permission. Judge Santosh Gajanana Bhatt, Mahesh Biliye, Mallikarjuna Shipping and MLA Satish Sail of the People’s Special Court heard the petition in this case. He was convicted and the sentence was reserved for October 25. In this case, the court will announce the sentence tomorrow for the three criminals including MLA Satish Sail, and the criminals are starting to worry about what the punishment will be.
Final orders have been issued in a total of 6 cases related to Belekeri ore illegal transportation case. The CBI has investigated 6 cases registered in connection with the disappearance of Belkeri ore and submitted a charge sheet. Judge Santosh Gajanana Bhat, who heard the arguments, passed the final order. There is a case against MLA Satish Sail, Forest Officer Mahel Bilia and many others. The court has already ruled that all the accused, including Forest Conservator Mahesh Bilei, MLA Satish, are guilty.
