Bengaluru: ರೇಣುಕಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ (Renukaswamy Murder Case) ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದ್ದ ನಟ ದರ್ಶನ್ ತೂಗುದೀಪ್ ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ದರ್ಶನ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದ್ದು, ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ದರ್ಶನ್ (Darshan) ಪರ ವಕೀಲರ ವಾದವನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಆರು ವಾರಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ನಾನು ಬೆನ್ನುಹುರಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೋರಿ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಜಿತ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ (Vishwajit Shetty) ಅವರಿದ್ದ ಏಕಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ (Highcourt) ದರ್ಶನ್ ಪರ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲ ಸಿ.ವಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್ (C.V Nagesh), ದರ್ಶನ್ಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಒಂದು ಕಾಲಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಎರಡೂ ಕಾಲಿಗೆ ಆಗಬಹುದು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸ್ಪಿಪಿ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್ (SPP Prasanna Kumar) ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಅಥವಾ ಬೌರಿಂಗ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ನೀಡುವ ವರದಿ ಆಧರಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಬದಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಾದಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಾದ-ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಆಲಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಜಿತ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು, ಆರೋಪಿಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಹಕ್ಕು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟು ಜಾಮೀನು (Bail) ನೀಡಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

Bengaluru: The State High Court has granted interim bail to actor Darshan Thoogudeep, who was jailed in the Renukaswamy Murder Case. The High Court accepted the argument of Darshan’s lawyer that Darshan, who is suffering from back pain, should be given proper treatment and for that he should be granted bail, and granted interim bail for six weeks.
I am suffering from spinal cord problem and need surgery. A single member bench headed by Justice Vishwajit Shetty granted Darshan’s request to allow it. C.V Nagesh, Senior Advocate for Darshan in High Court, Darshan One leg is already a problem. It can happen to both legs. Therefore, he requested for bail for three months.
SPP Prasanna Kumar objected to this argument. Tested at a medical board, then at a hospital in Victoria or Bowring Can be tested. Decision should be taken based on the report given by the Medical Board. He argued that the examination should be done in a government hospital instead of a private hospital.
