Bengaluru: ಸದ್ಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನ ಹಗರಣ (Covid Scam) ಮತ್ತೆ ಸದ್ದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. 2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮಾರಣಹೋಮ ನಡಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ (Karnataka) ಅಂದಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ (BJP) ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊರೋನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮೊದಲ ಅಲೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೋಬ್ಬರಿ 125.36 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನಾ ಪತ್ರವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಲೆ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 514.87 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೊತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ್ದ 4.11 ಲಕ್ಷ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಪಿಪಿಇ ಕಿಟ್ ಗಳು ಸರಬರಾಜಾರಗಿರುವ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಡತಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತನಿಖಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದೆ.

ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವೇ ಕೊರೋನ ಅಬ್ಬರದಿಂದ ಸ್ತಬ್ಧವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೂ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗರಣ, ಅಕ್ರಮ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಗಳು ಆಕ್ಟಿವ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದವು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ ಆಮ್ಲಜನಕ ದುರಂತ, ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ನಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರ ಮಾರಣಹೋಮ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್ (Ventilator) ಖರೀದಿ, ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ (Mask) ಖರೀದಿ, ಬೆಡ್‌ಗಳ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಖರೀದಿ, ಆಮ್ಲಜನಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹಗರಣ ಎಗ್ಗಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

ಒಂದು ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಬೆಲೆ 4 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಇದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ (BJP) ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರತಿ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚು, ಅಂದರೆ, 12 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. 40 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗೆ ದೊರೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದ 1,000 ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು 120 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಒಟ್ಟು 48.65 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ 4.89 ಲಕ್ಷ ಪಿಪಿಇ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು 150 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗೆ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಪಿಪಿಟಿ ಕಿಟ್ ಖರೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೋಬ್ಬರಿ 101.35 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಸರ್ಜಿಕಲ್ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ಗಳ (Surgical Mask) ಖರೀದಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, 45 ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ಗೆ 485 ರೂ. ಪಾವತಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್‌ ಖರೀದಿಗಾಗಿ 40 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ತೋರಿಸಿತ್ತು.

ಇನ್ನು, 200 ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಸರ್ಜಿಕಲ್ ಕೈಗವಸಿಗೆ 400 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ತೋರಿಸಿ 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೈಗವಸಿಗೆ 40 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ, 40 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ಒಟ್ಟು 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೈಗವಸುಗಳಿಗೆ 65 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವ್ಯಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ತೋರಿಸಿತ್ತು. 2020 ರಲ್ಲಿ 41.35 ಕೋಟಿ (ಅದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: MED 52 RGU 2020 (ಅನುಬಂಧ –6,29/10/2020) ರಂದು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಐಸಿಯು ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ 94.81 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಪಿಪಿಇ ಕಿಟ್, ಎನ್ -95 ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ 23.31 ಕೋಟಿ (CM/42/CMRF/GEN/2020(ಅನುಬಂಧ 7)91, 450ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಪಿಇ ಕಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎನ್ -95 ಮಾಸ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನದೊಳಗೆ 12.00 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ (MED 154 MMC 2021) ನೀಡಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬುದು ವರದಿಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಕೊರೋನ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎಸಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಾಗಲೂ, ಸ್ವತಃ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗಲೂ, ‘ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಸಮಿತಿ’ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಾಗಲೂ ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ (Yadiyurappa) ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂಸದ ಡಾ. ಕೆ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ (K Sudhakar) ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮರು ಮಾತಾಡದೆ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ .
