Bengaluru: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು (Bengaluru) ಜೈಲಿಗಿಂತ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ದಯನೀಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಟ್ರೋಕ್‌ ಕೂಡ ಆಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಪರ ವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲ ಸಿವಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್‌ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರೇಣುಕಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಕೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ (Renukaswamy Murder Case) ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿರುವ ನಟ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಜಾಮೀನು ಕೋರಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌, ನಾಳೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಅವರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ (Actor Darshan) ಅವರ ಬೆನ್ನುನೋವಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸದಂತೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಸಿಗುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳೂ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿವೆ. ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಅವರ ಬೆನ್ನು ಮೂಳೆಯ ಎಲ್‌5 ಜಾಗೂ ಎಸ್1ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಪರೀತವಾದ ನೋವು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜೈಲಿನ (Bellary Jail) ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬೆನ್ನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಊತ ಕೂಡ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಟ್ರೋಕ್‌ ಆಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವಕೀಲರು ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ನ್ಯೂರೋ ಸರ್ಜನ್‌ (Neurosurgeon) ಮೂರು ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಅವರ ಬೆನ್ನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬ್‌ನೆಸ್‌ ಇದೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ರಕ್ತ ಪರಿಚಲನೆ ಕೂಡ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಕಿಡ್ನಿಗೆ (Kidney) ಕೂಡ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗಬಹುದು. ಡಿಸ್ಕ್‌ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಕೂಡ ಇದೆ. ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಸರ್ಜರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮುಂದಿವರಿದರೆ ಪ್ಯಾರಲಿಸಿಸ್‌ ಕೂಡ ಆಗಬಹುದು ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಅವರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
